Make the supporting leg explicit.

A one-legged pose needs a visible foot on the floor and room for the lifted leg. Choose a source pose with an unobstructed lower body. Ask for a small lift first; a dramatic kick adds more movement to inspect.

Describe the return as well as the lift.

A dance feels more coherent when the pose has a beginning and an end. Include a return to center instead of asking the subject to hold an extreme lean for the whole clip.

The full-body person shifts weight onto the left leg, lifts the right foot slightly and makes a small sideways lean. The left foot stays grounded. Return smoothly to a balanced stance. Keep both hands natural and the camera fixed.

Review balance frame by frame.

Check the supporting knee, foot contact and hip position. Look for a foot sliding without a step or a leg changing shape. The sample frames are useful for studying visual motion; they are not physical dance-training instructions.

BEFORE YOU HIT PLAY

A few good questions.

Can I choose which leg lifts?

You can state left or right in a prompt, but a model may not follow it consistently. Inspect the result.

Is this a guide to performing the dance physically?

No. It covers planning and reviewing AI video motion, not physical training.

Give it a new move.
